Magic links are secure, one-time-use URLs that let you access your registration without needing a password or account.

How they work

When you sign up for a shift, SignUpBreeze sends you an email containing a magic link. This link is unique to your registration and is cryptographically signed so it can’t be guessed or tampered with. Clicking the link takes you directly to your confirmation page — no login required.
  • View your confirmation — see which shift you signed up for, the event details, and the organizer’s info.
  • Return anytime — bookmark or save the email to come back to your confirmation whenever you need it.

Security

Magic links are tied to your specific registration. They can’t be used to access anyone else’s signup or modify other people’s registrations. The tokens are long, random, and cryptographically secure. Check your spam or junk folder first. The email comes from SignUpBreeze and may take a minute or two to arrive. If you still don’t see it, contact the event organizer for help.
