Once volunteers start signing up for your event, you can manage their registrations from the event overview.

Viewing registrations

The event overview shows all registrations organized by shift. For each registration, you can see the volunteer’s name, email, and when they signed up.

Registration details

Each registration includes:
  • Volunteer name — the name they provided when signing up
  • Email — their contact email
  • Shift — which time slot they signed up for
  • Signup time — when they registered

Managing registrations

From the event dashboard, you can review who’s signed up for each shift and track your overall volunteer coverage. This gives you a clear picture of which shifts still need people and which are fully covered.
