Organizations let you create shared workspaces where multiple people can manage events together.

Switching organizations

Every account belongs to at least one organization. The organization switcher sits at the top of the sidebar and shows the name of the one you’re currently working in. Click the switcher to:
  • Switch organizations — select any organization you belong to. A checkmark marks your current one. You’ll land on a valid page for that organization.
  • Create a new organization — click New organization, give it a name, and click Create organization. You’ll be taken straight to the new organization’s settings.
Each organization keeps its own events, shifts, and registrations separate. Switching changes which organization’s data you see across the app.

Availability

Inviting others to collaborate is a paid feature. On the free plan, you’ll see a prompt to join the waitlist when you visit Settings > Organizations. Once available on your plan, you’ll be able to invite members and manage them in one shared organization.
To rename your current organization, visit Settings > Profile and update the Organization Name field.
