QR codes

Every event automatically gets a QR code. This is great for physical materials like flyers, bulletin boards, church bulletins, or posters. QR codes are available in multiple sizes and can be downloaded as PNG images. When scanned, they take the volunteer directly to your event’s signup page.

Event preview

Need to check how your event looks before sharing? Use the preview link to see exactly what volunteers will see on the public event page. The preview uses a signed URL so it’s only accessible to you and your team.

  • Keep the event description concise — volunteers are often reading on their phones
  • Include the key details upfront — date, time, location, what they’re volunteering for
  • Use QR codes on printed materials — they make it effortless for people to sign up on the spot
