# Billing & Plans

> Compare plans and manage your organization's subscription.

SignUpBreeze offers a free plan plus two paid plans for teams and larger organizations. Manage everything from **Settings > Billing**.

## Subscribing

On the free plan, open **Settings > Billing** and review the plan cards under **Upgrade your plan**. Click **Subscribe** on the plan you want, and you'll be taken to a secure checkout to enter payment details. Once checkout completes, your new features become available within a moment.

Paid plans start with a **30-day free trial**. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then to avoid a charge.

<Note>Only organization owners and admins can manage billing.</Note>

## Managing your subscription

Once subscribed, the **Billing** page shows your current plan and its status (**Active**, **Canceling**, or **Past due**). From here you can:

* **Change plan** — switch between paid plans.
* **Manage billing** — update your payment method, view invoices, and download receipts.
* **Cancel subscription** — cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

## Payment issues

If a payment fails, your plan is marked **Past due** and you'll be prompted to update your payment method. Update it from the billing portal to avoid losing access to paid features.
